One of my favorites! I've listened to this one multiple times. I'd love to hear another interview with Dr. Ferrell, perhaps something with the giza death star?

The topic of Nazi survival post-War is, I think, an interesting window on the nature of modern morality (or PC). Although some evidence exists for these sorts of claims, when it comes to "Nazis" you are not allowed to go there. Any reference to Nazis seems to be met with the universal assumption (accusation) that you are promoting Nazis or are, yourself, neo-Nazi. It seems to be a subject we're not allowed to think about.

They have become the universal bogeyman in our comicbook history of the world. And I suspect it is to cover up our own historical anti-Semitism. Just prior to WW2, nobody in the world liked the Jews (including in the US). After seeing where that attitude led (in the concentration camps), I think we divested ourselves of our own past prejudices (and guilt) and made the Germans our ultimate scapegoats.

Now, we're left with a sugar-coated comicbook history of our own pre-War years -- having abandoned the (whole) truth.
