I interviewed author Robert Blevins on my “Crime Scene” program on my Paranormal Plus Club in May 2011.  Robert believes he knows who Cooper was.  With the new developments in the case, I called Robert up tonight and on the spur of the moment he agreed to be interviewed.  I find his theory fascinating.
