We’re talking about the numbers, lady Glynis McCants.. She’s with us today, numerologist par excellence. She’s been on the View, she’s been on Coast to Coast. Again, various programs. She’s predicted Presidential elections. She’s the author of some popular books: Glynis has your number, Love by the numbers. She also, of course has her site at numberslady.com. And today we’re going to talk all about numbers because Glynis has your number. She has my number, I know that. And we’re going to talk to her all about numerology. McCants, welcome to the program. Good to speak with you again.
Glynis McCants:
Well, it’s wonderful to be here, and thank you for having me.
Jim:
So I think we covered this last time, but it’s been a while. So I always like to talk about origin stories. I mean, when you go to the high school guidance counselor, numerologist may not have been the first thing that came to mind, or maybe it was. So how did this all start for you? How did you become the numbers lady?
Glynis McCants:
Well, it’s really interesting. I would say to you that numerology was looking for a voice and it found mine. And I say that because I was a teenager, my heart was broken. I went to see a woman they said was a psychic, but it turned out she was a numerologist. And she said, you are not missing him. This was my first love. She says, you are missing the mother and the sister because in numerology they are compatible to you.
And so that meant when I would go to his house, I could feel all that love. It felt good to be there, but we were not compatible. We were a challenge. The minute she said it, after two years of being in great pain, I was over it. I just stopped crying. I’m like, wow. So I picked up a book on numerology. This is, you’re going to love this, Jim, and it’s absolutely true: I never once finished reading a book on numerology becauseI instantly, when I did the basic numbers one through nine, I could read people. If I got their birthday, I could read who they were. And that’s when I realized, oh, this is bigger than me just learning about numerology. This was more of a calling. And so what I did back in the day, I’m number three in numerology ,natural comedian. I would do comedy on stage, but I would add numerology to it.
So I’d add punchlines to each number. But when I would do it, you’d see their partner shaking their head up and down. That’s him. That’s exactly who he is, it was very funny. And so that’s how it began. And I thought one day I thought making people laugh, that lasts for a little bit, right? It lasts for the night. It might last for a few days, but changing people’s lives for the better for rest of their life. There’s no greater calling. And that’s when I went into numerology. So it literally happened on radio. I was supposed to be on for 20 minutes to promote a comedy event. And then I just mentioned to the guy, I said, oh, by the way, I do numerology. It’s like, what’s that? And I explained. The phone started ringing off the hook, and I read for three hours, my dear, three hours.
Jim:
Wow.
Glynis McCants:
The first time I ever went on air and talked about numerology. And that’s when I knew that’s how it began. That was the late nineties.
Jim:
Wow. That’s impressive. That’s impressive. So I mean numbers, do they impact everything? How does numerology work? Because it’s always amazed me, but I’ve never quite understood how it works. But we have you the numbers lady. So explain to us how does it work?
Glynis McCants:
Well, it’s remarkable. We’ll go to Pythagoras first. We know about Pythagoras through geometry,
The Pythagorean number system. But what a lot of people don’t know is that Pythagoras was also the father of harmonics. So numbers are in music. We know that if you look at keys who see the numbers, when you’re putting something together, well that’s the same idea. It is vibration. So numbers in people are the most obvious. And when you meet somebody, like Pythagoras set the system up to say that one in numerology is the beginning and nine is the number of completion. So the basic numbers are one through nine, which is what I talked about a moment ago. But then it becomes more because there’s a thing called numerology blueprint. This gives you three numbers from your name and three numbers from your birthdate. Those six numbers give you complete insight on who someone is. It’s really remarkable. So when you say why does it work? Well, now that I’ve studied it forever, right, it’s been 30 years. I meet people, I can guess the numbers oftentimes acting exactly like the vibration that I recognize. I’m like, oh, that guy’s an eight. Oh, that girl’s a three. Sure enough, he’s an eight life path. She’s a three life path. So what I would say is just like when people go, well, why does it work? I say, well, those who believe in God and say, I had a miracle. It’s the same idea. You can’t show proof of God. But if you have stories about miracles that happen and say that was the reason, that’s what it reminds me of because I personally, Jim, at this point, over 50,000 readings I have done in my whole career,
Jim:
It reminds me you’re talking about harmonics and it’s like a chord. If you hit a 1 3 5, that’s a major chord and that kind of, it sounds harmonious and gets on, but if you change that middle note and go back a half step, it becomes a minor chord and it doesn’t sound quite so harmonious. And I guess it’s like that with people and everything, to some extent
Glynis McCants:
You are correct. And here’s the other thing, our homes have vibration. Like your address. If the numbers, when you reduce it to one digit, is a challenge to you, it’s not going to be a good place for you to live. And so I talk about that in my books, Glynis has your number. I lay it out, I show you what’s going on with vibration. And going back to Pythagoras, this system’s 2,500 years old, so it has been around forever, but I was able to bring a voice to it. So when I say that, it was always around, right? There were books written on the subject,
I had some unique conclusions. And that’s when I wrote my book, Glynys has your number. Because I could read other people’s books and they say things like, oh, you’re short, you’re tall, you’re fat, you’re thin. I’m like, what are they doing? It wasn’t specific enough. And my book is the books I wrote Love by the Numbers and Glynis has your Number.. But that’s why I did it. Pythagoras isn’t here anymore. I always say he’s the competition. I would have loved to have met Pythagoras. What an amazing man to offer this beautiful interpretation of energy. And that’s exactly what I do. 24/7, Jim, this is my job. I read people, I help people in business. I help people in love. I help people with health. All these different things I can help through numerology.
Jim:
So let me ask you this. I want to get to the life path number. I know that’s an important thing, but you would take it down. Let’s say you’re out shopping for a new home and there’s a street address. Would you literally, let’s say you had a house, everything lined up, it looked beautiful. The house you want, the price is right, everything’s good, but the house number doesn’t work out. And you would pass on that house
Glynis McCants:
If I could. Sometimes you get pulled in a house that’s not ideal in energy, but you can alter it. I teach you that. Let’s say you live in a house of seven.
Seven promotes being a loner. As a matter of fact, my whole life, I was born in a house. Four twenty one was the house energy. That’s a seven. When I moved to my first apartment, it was apartment number seven. My home now is a seven. Yet that is not compatible to my life path. However, what I do is alter it. So I turned it into two energy. You can put a number on the inside of the door to shift it. But there’s a funny thing about that, Jim. Example, and people listening, if they break down the numbers of their house, a house of seven, it’s not uncommon to have issues with water, meaning plumbing. You might have a pool that floods, whatever it may be. Well, I’ve never escaped that because that’s certainly been true for this house. But here’s why I like the seven. The seven is a part of my blueprint, which we’re going to talk about your blueprint in a moment.
The fact that I have a seven means it can resonate with me on some level. Well, it’s a spiritual number. The seven is who am I? What am I? Why am I here? It’s also study. I write books, right? I write newsletters. I’m always researching. Well, the house of seven would encourage that, but because I live here with my husband, I turn it, I got the number four energy because seven plus four is 11, 11/2. One plus one is two. This became a two energy. And Jim, when I did that, when we first moved here, I swear if he was not in the room with me, I couldn’t feel him. I felt alone when I shifted the energy no matter where he was, I didn’t feel alone.
That’s why it matters. It’s energy. Vibration.
Jim:
So you brought up the blueprint and the life path number. What do those things mean and how do you get it?
Glynis McCants:
Okay, so a life path number, and I will say this, I can invite your people. If they went to numberstudy.com and clicked where it said numbers, they can look up their life path, like how to break it down and find, I called these appetizers, but they could learn a little bit about their life path.
So how you do it, let’s say we take a birthday, someone born, let’s say five, let’s say 1989. What would I do with this? 1972. 1971. Okay, how about this? Let’s go with five. Five. 1971. So now we’re going to add it straight across. Five plus five is 10 plus one’s 11 plus nine is 20 plus seven is 27 plus one is 28. But in numerology, we continue to reduce it to one digit. So two plus eight is 10, one plus zero is One.
Jim:
One, gotcha.
Glynis McCants:
So if somebody is a one life path, I don’t care who they are out there, they have a competitive streak. They want to strive to be the best of what they do. And if they come up short, they are very self-critical. And as a result, they can be critical of the people they care about because they have high standards. But because one is the beginning, they always feel like they’re running a race. When I counsel a one, they often tell me they think they’re running out of time. They’re like, I feel like I can’t do it all. I’m like, would you just relax? Take a deep breath and trust the process. You’ll get there. And the other thing, Jim, when they accomplish one thing, they’re like, what’s next? And for the record, just because I do have numbers for you, you actually have a one in your chart. So you know how
Jim:
When you said that, it’s like before you even said that was me, and folks I did not know that was me. When she said that, I said, I can’t believe it because I think I’m a one because two things I do one thing. It’s like, okay, I did that big deal. That’s done. That’s over with what’s next? I’m not enough. I need to do more all the time, constantly, many times to my detriment.
Glynis McCants:
Oh no, it’s horrible because, and in your case, you happen to be born on a one day, meaning the 28th, we break it down, two plus eight is 10, one plus zero is one. But then one just always means what’s next? What’s next? No matter how good, I mean, you could do an excellent job and if there’s one little thing that went wrong, you’ll be haunted by it. Jim, my little brain’s going to go, darn it, I can’t believe that happened. You get very frustrated. So what I’ll do, I’m going to do some real basic definition of each life path for people listening. And then I want to talk about your numerology blueprint.
Jim:
Okay, great.
Glynis McCants:
Okay. Alright. So we have the one, four. We already know what that is. Ambitious, driven, got to make a difference. They got to feel like they’re number one of what they do in some way. The number two. Now, two, technically when I say this positive side of an energy, they are peacemaker, mediator, not looking for conflict. But if they feel pushed to the wall when they get upset, Jim, they look like the terrible two. They may as well stomp their feet, they get so upset,
But I call them the lover. Let’s say you’re a lover, not a fighter. Because when they feel loved, they are so happy. The number three. Three is a natural communicator. Now mind you, I’m born on a three day, I’m a three life path. It means here to motivate and uplift other people. So of course I found that calling beautifully for myself, but certainly a three out there, I would encourage them to find it as well. They are natural performers. They can be counselors, they can be actors. It’s not uncommon for a three life path to win best actor, best actress, because they can fold to make the leap. They love the magic of life. And I make the joke that they’re like little kids, they don’t necessarily tell the truth because it’s not as fun.
I always say, A little kid is a three. I said, now did that really happen? And then they giggle. So that’s a part of the three. And then what I will say, shadow side a little bit, they can feel a little depressed about things that are troubling them, but if they hear the right song, they’re happy again. It doesn’t take a lot to pull them out. The four life path, someone seeking knowledge. When they learn something, they want to teach you how to do it too. So that means they need you to value their opinion. Some people see them as cynical because they’re the one. If it was a beautiful day, blue sky, they’re the ones who say, yeah, you don’t see that black cloud. What if it rains? It’s gonna rain. They’re one of those. So what I teach people is if you’re dealing with a four, don’t think they’re being negative.
Just think they’re trying to help you or warn you. The number five, you’ve got a five in trust. So you’re going to relate to this ready, freedom, fun, adventure, never a dull moment. Where are we going? What’s next? You love it. I always say five should travel. If they can look at the world, then do that because they love new experiences. And also detectives digging for the truth. The five, you waste your time. If you lie to a five, they’re going to find out the truth. So don’t bother. Okay? And then we’ve got the six. Now I call sixes are the boss. They need to be in charge of what they do. But sixes are also magnetic. We are drawn to sixes. We notice them when they come in the room. So they need to be, like, run the company. They tend to be parents. If someone, a couple things about a six, usually they’re parent, but if they’re not, they may have pets that wear clothes, that kind of people?
Jim:
Yes, yes.
Glynis McCants:
Right? I mean, even my sister right now, she has got this dog named Lulu. And now every time I see Lulu, she’s in an outfit. I said, you do know that’s a dog, right? That’s still a dog. But they love, that’s how deeply they feel. They’ve got that nurturing side. And if they don’t have kids and they don’t have pets, usually they run a company and the people work under them, they treat them as family. It’s like this is what I do. The number seven, again, this is big in your chart, so this will resonate with you. The seven, although you’re social, you’re also a loner. It’s like, I need my time. I need to be by myself.
How true has that been for you?
Jim:
Yeah, yeah, I think that’s true. I would agree with that.
Glynis McCants:
Yeah. When you have to regroup, if you were on all the time, you would become very drained. And also nature is the friend of a seven.
Ocean, Mountains, plants, flowers, all of nature’s beauty speaks to the seven and seven. As I said, they’re the ones who research. They’re the ones who look for breakthroughs. That’s why you have this company, as far as I’m concerned, your podcasts, you love to know, learn things from people
Jim:
Yes.
Glynis McCants:
Stuff you don’t know.
Jim:
That’s true.
Glynis McCants:
You’re fascinated. Yeah. Well, some people can do a podcast, they’re not really interested. They almost phone it in.
You don’t have that in you. As a matter of fact, if it’s not interesting, you’re like, okay, note to self, I won’t do that again.
Jim:
Yeah, there is a lot of that. No, that’s true. I mean, my best shows, I mean I guess this goes for anybody, but my best shows, like this one I think, because I’m really interested in what you have to say. And I can tell when I’m not as interested. And if I find something not interesting enough, I won’t have that person back on. That’s true.
Glynis McCants:
Absolutely. But like I said, so when we do your chart, you’ll be fascinated with what I’m going to tell you. But the bottom line is just trying to understand, what is it all about here? And also the negativity. If it gets too negative, you don’t want to play. It’s like, especially if someone’s rude to you, they got an attitude. You can mentally disconnect.
Jim:
Ding, ding, ding, dinging. Dinging,
Glynis McCants:
Right?
Jim:
Oh yeah.
Glynis McCants:
You’re like, I’m done. I’m not here anymore. I’ll leave my body and I’ll come back when they stop talking. Yes. And so then we moved to eight, the eight life cup, the first thing about them, they’re drawn to quality. So again, if they’re little kids, it’s not uncommon that they want the name brand pants and the name brand, whatever, book bag, whatever they’re going to bring into school. They’re just like that. They don’t know it hustle a lot of money. They just love it. And as they get older, like Liz Taylor comes to my mind, Elizabeth. Think of her diamonds. She had the Hope diamond. That was one of hers. When things sparkle, it puts them in a good mood. And then you think of people who succeed. The shadow side is learning hard lessons. So the one I think of Barbara Streisand is also an eight. But what Barbara did, they say she’s frugal. But that woman studied the stock market and she actually knows how to make money not just for herself but for her friends. So eight is about figuring out your financial stability. So when you meet eights, there’s one of two. They either are afraid to spend money and it’s in the bank or it’s money that can slip through their fingers. So they have to find their balance with the finance. And then Martha Stewart, look what happened to Martha because she was raised in poverty and then she was finally to it. So great. When she got that tip, you’re going to lose some money. It was minimal. It was like, I don’t know, a hundred thousand versus her billion dollars.
Jim:
For her, it was nothing. Yeah.
Glynis McCants:
Right. But she panicked because they have to overcome that inner voice, that fear that I don’t have enough. That’s one of their lessons. But they are honest, outspoken, and tend to be attractive because eight want to look their best. And if you meet an eight that doesn’t look good. That means they’re really off track.
Something’s gone wrong. And that’s what I teach when I tell you I’m a counselor. I help them get back on track in a positive way. So that’s eight. Number nine. Now I told you nine is the old soul because it’s the number of completion. That means when little kids show up that are nines, they know things way beyond their years. They’re the kids where you are like, where did that come from? Why did he just say that? Because they know stuff. And what I encourage parents to do is make sure you appreciate that, you know, value that in that child because there’s nothing they can’t achieve. Now, if a nine does not feel loved by family and supportive, they often have issues later in life where they live in resentment. Whatever they tell you from the past, it may as well have happened yesterday. So I teach nines to be in the moment. I’m like, if you’re in the moment, you’re not going to be unhappy. What makes us unhappy is when we worry about yesterday or the future. But if we’re in the moment, we’re good. So those are the basic numbers one through nine. And then I’m going to say something quickly there. People always wonder about a master number. If you’re born the 11th or the 22nd, that’s an automatic master number, right? It’s double one, double two. But what does that mean? And again, if they go to a numbers lady, they can look up the master number. I do cover it so they can read about it. But what it means, it’s a high frequency. I have it. I have my attitude number and my birth is 11. But you know what that means When I’m performing Jim or I’m teaching, that’s me at that high frequency. But you have to shut it down. You have to bring it back to the basic. So I say 11/2, 22/ 4, 33/6, and then you can balance your life. If you live in a master number frequency all the time, you will be burned out and never feel you’ve had the success you wanted. And I’m talking about people who pass away that are filthy rich and they still think they never got there. That’s not good, is it? Is it Jim?
Jim:
No, not at all. Not at all.
Glynis McCants:
Yeah. So on that note, I’m going to talk about your blueprint because it’s a really fun one. And I’ll tell you what makes it great, great for what you do. Your birth date numbers are sacred. Now. You happen to be born on a one day, you are a five life path, and you have a seven attitude. So what does that mean? There are packs of numbers in numerology. 1, 5, 7 are the mind numbers. That means they live in their head. The numbers 2, 4, 8 are business-minded. The numbers 3, 6, 9 are creative.
Jim:
Okay?
Glynis McCants:
So what makes it funny about your birth numbers? They are all nine numbers. This tells me you’re a human popcorn machine. You have a thousand ideas going at all times. How true is that for you?
Jim:
Absolutely. Too many ideas. I have multiple things I want to be doing right now, and when I’m doing one thing, I’m feeling guilty for not doing the other, even though the very thing I’m doing is important.
Glynis McCants:
That’s right. But you just described what happens when our mind numbers, when you have all mind numbers. So that’s why you had mentioned that you had gotten a cold or something, and I thought anything that’s stops you from doing what you want makes you miserable.
It’s like, oh no, I can’t function. And especially here you are with a voice. That’s what you do for your work. If you’ve got a cold, you don’t feel well. It messes with what you’re here for.
Jim:
Sure.
Glynis McCants:
So I would tell you this though, whenever we get sick sometimes it means we need to slow down for a moment, to pause in a way that we normally wouldn’t. And then I’m going to tell you something else. You happen to be in a personal year of five right now, which means it’s completely out of your control. You have to surrender. You have to literally say, okay, fine, I’m going to roll with it and see what happens next. Because moving really fast, do you feel that?
Jim:
Yes.
Glynis McCants:
Do you feel that?
Jim:
Yes.
Glynis McCants:
That’s a cycle of five. So when you realize, okay, going to take care of me, I’m not going to worry as much. I’m going to trust the process. When January 1st comes in and you enter a cycle of six, it’s full speed ahead for you, dear. It means whatever your plans are now they happen. It comes to fruition. Six is awesome for just getting it done.

We’re back on the Paranormal Podcast. Our guest today is the numbers lady Glynis McCants, and Glynis, you were telling me all about my numbers and certainly from some of the things that you said. I certainly think that you do have my number. Tell me more.
Glynis McCants:
Okay, so when it comes to your name number, this is what they’re called, you have a seven in your soul, you have a two personality, you have a nine power name number. So what does that mean? The fact that your soul number is the same as your LifePath number is a blessing. That means when you really feel content, it goes through you. Those moments where it just comes together and you’re like, for that moment you’re like, I’m grateful this feels good because the soul, this tells me when I think of you, do you travel? I got to ask you about that. Is there any place that you would like to go that makes you happy travel wise anywhere? Or do you stay where you are?
Jim:
I’m more of a homebody, but I would like to travel more. I think we’ve got some more travel on the horizon next year. I would like to travel more. I don’t travel as much as I’d like. So that’s kind of where we’re at. I mean, we’ll occasionally we’ll go on, like this year I went on a cruise and things, but I wouldn’t consider myself a big traveler.
Glynis McCants:
Here’s what I would tell you. Obviously your adventure is in your mind. You never stop traveling. Think about what you’re doing in that head of yours. When I think of the internet, I always say it’s the information highway, Well the numbers 1, 5, 7 are the ones who do the best work over there when it comes to the internet and creating and bringing content to the world. However, also as the counselor, I’d say, you got care more about you, Jim. You need time out and you need get out of where you are, when you travel, it’s really going to be rewarding for you.
Jim:
Yes
Glynis McCants:
What happens, you tend to, good things happen. Like you’ll have breakthroughs, you might meet people you needed to meet, but you weren’t going to meet them where you are right now.
Jim:
That’s happened.
Glynis McCants:
And of course, yeah, the pandemic did us no favors. I mean it stopped all of us from our regular motion, but I am suggesting with 1 5 7. Where was the last place you went? Like tell me about you with water. How do you feel about the ocean and all that?
Jim:
I love going on cruises. The last one was actually cruise connected with my job. We went to Bermuda. That was the last one that, that was back in March.
Glynis McCants:
Okay, perfect. So I’m telling you, the water has a healing effect on you. And I always say when you’ve got sevens in your chair like you do, if something’s troubling you and you can get near a body of water, it’s smart. The inner voice gets louder. So that’s another thing.
Jim:
Yeah, and the nice thing is I live within driving distance of Lake Erie and actually in the summer it’s quite nice. In the winter, not so much, but in the summer it’s quite nice,
Glynis McCants:
Right? Right. So again, but the water itself is good for you. And I’m talking, I’ve got people who have a jacuzzi, I have people who have a pool that have this seven energy, and I just say if they’re feeling trouble, getting in water helps you just center again and go, Ooh, I get it. That inner voice gets louder. When you go to that place. Nature really. But I do see that for you and I am suggesting that it’s a great idea for you to travel.
Jim:
I agree
Glynis McCants:
To take that time. Alright, so here’s the other part, back to the name numbers. So we know the soul seven, it’s about spirituality too. I will say when a seven has no faith, they can become cynical. When they don’t like hypocrisy, you don’t like anyone shoving it down your throat, Jim, people can’t tell you what to believe. You have to organically get there. Does that make sense?
Jim:
Yes.
Glynis McCants:
Yeah. Well that’s what I’m saying. But eventually, if you get to a spiritual place that makes sense to you, it’s really good for your seven energy, it makes you happy, it makes sense to you. If I say who am I? What am I? Why I am I here? You want those answers. We’ll notice 23 is a seven, so this is a time for you to have some breakthroughs. Interesting,

Glynis McCants:
Alright,
Jim:
Go ahead. I have one question. There had been a slight error on my birth certificate because I had an ornamental one that said one thing and then my real one ended up saying something a little different. I mean, can that play into weirdness where once I knew what I was on my birth certificate, because you tell me that’s the one that counts. Things started to make a little more sense to me. It’s almost like, I don’t know, once I became aware of this, just life got better. It was really kind of a weird happenstance. You tell me if that kind of thing, a difference in your birth certificate or something can make a difference.
Glynis McCants:
Yes,
It makes all the difference in the world. And when I say we’re talking about a destiny number right now, the numbers that I’m breaking down, when I say blueprint, it’s the name you go by today. Because when you meet people, that’s the vibration they experience from you. But a birth certificate name gives us a destiny number. So that means if you were adopted and they’re like, oh, it’s baby girl, right? It only said baby girl. Then you break that down to get a destiny number. So whatever you were given at first does matter. So this is what I found because I did get your information and that birth certificate name, it’s a three. Now what did I say? A three is here to motivate and uplift others. A three is a natural communicator. Well, look what you do. You see, that was a part of you that was a destiny number.
Had it been different, it wouldn’t have been that number. And that’s what matters. That’s how we learn to get messages from this blueprint. And lemme say quickly, you also have a two personality, which means you’re into it. You have strong intuition that tells me, you can meet someone, Jim, and say, Ooh, I’m not digging this person. And you feel it pretty quickly. And then you meet someone else, you’re like, I really like this person. That’s your two. So the message is trust your instinct. It won’t fail you. And then the number nine, humanitarian, it’s like, look, yeah, I want to do well in my life, but I also want to give back. If I can change people’s lives to make them better, I’ll do it. How true is that good for you?
Jim:
I like to think that. I mean, I don’t think of myself as a great humanitarian. I’m not out here donating millions of dollars or anything. I don’t even have millions of dollars. But the point being is that my Campfire show, when we started that I thought, oh, that’ll be cool because we’ll tell these spooky stories and then it’s morphed into something very different where people really, they feel sometimes a weight has been lifted when they share their stories or they hear other people’s stories and they can relate. And it’s actually meant more to people. And I just think that’s so cool. Now yes. Is this my “business”? Absolutely. This is how I make my living. And I want anybody else who’s in business, I want to make a living and do well in all that business stuff, but not to the detriment of people, not from taking it from somebody else. I mean, for example, we have sponsors. I can’t tell you how many sponsors we turn down because I will not promote something that’s fraudulent. I will not promote snake oil. So yeah, do I make good –
(briefly excitedly talk over one another)
Glynis McCants:
That would be your nine. I’m telling you, the nine cares about people. So when we say humanity, okay, I mean you’re not Mother Theresa, you’re not Gandhi, you’re none of those people.
Jim:
No.
Glynis McCants:
Well, that’s just, their life path number was a nine. That’s not your life path. Your life path is a five. Remember, it’s having fun, celebration of life. However, because you still have a nine that tells you the part about you that cares about others, making sure they’re okay too. And the fact that you came up with an idea where you saw it morph into something that was even more powerful. That to me is the nine. The nine in you. Because that’s the old soul. And then the intuition. So do you see how a blueprint tells a bigger story?
Jim:
Yeah, it’s amazing. It really is amazing now. So I mean, let’s say somebody’s hearing this and saying, well Glynis, how can I put this into work for my life? I mean, I know you have your books, your website and so forth, but how can they start to get into the world of numerology?
Glynis McCants:
Well, the first thing I’d suggest, if they go to numberslady.com and click on numbers, they can look up their life path. They can look up their attitude number because by the way, the attitude number matters and what that comes from in your month and day reduced to one digit. So example, in your case, you are a seven attitude. Well, that tells me you are a man of mystery. People don’t know all of who you are because you like to have privacy too. Does that make sense?
Jim:
Yeah, that makes sense.
Glynis McCants:
Well, that’s your seven. So see why that matters with an attitude. Example, my attitude numbers are two. Well, that’s the part of me that is so psychically in tune. When I look at numbers, I would say my third eye is wide open.
I don’t even see numbers. I see the human being, right? It’s like looking at someone’s diary. So when people say, how can I use this? I literally designed those books for ease of use. Like I will get letters. Oh, Glynis, I got your book and let’s say they got it on Monday and I went to a wedding cha on Sunday and I was running numbers on everybody and they were freaking out. I was so accurate and I laughed and thought, you mean the book was right, Jim? They just got the book. They’re like, they can’t get over how accurate they are. I’m like, no, you study the book. Because then sometimes people come back and say, put aside questions, I’ll maybe ask four or five questions. And I say, get into that book. Meaning really embrace it. Run the numbers of your family, run the numbers of your friends. You will see patterns that will help you with your life and the reason it matters. How about business? If you pick someone, Jim, who’s not compatible for you in business, that’s the kind of partner that ends up taking the money. When you hear those mad stories,
Like, maybe you did all the work. Next thing you know your bank account was emptied. That is energy. And I can teach you who’s compatible, who’s a natural match. A natural match means you guys could lift an eyebrow and nobody’s just is thinking it’s just easy, but a challenge, which also could feel toxic. It means no matter what you say, it promotes a breakdown in communication. And boy, you need to know who that is, right? That’s what this is teaching you, giving you a heads up in love. You want to pick someone, like me? I picked my husband Charlie by the numbers. I said, numerologist looking for a man who’s got my number. And you know what? It’ll be 19 years married, October 30th.
Jim:
Oh, congratulations.
Glynis McCants:
And 21 years together.
Jim:
Yeah, congratulations.
Glynis McCants:
He’s also my best friend. So let’s be clear on that. This is someone, I laugh with this every day. That’s a fact. So people always say, you mean you never have a problem? Of course you can have a problem. But what we do, I make a decision. Like sometimes let’s say he’s in a mood because his life path happens to be a challenge to mine, but all his other numbers are compatible. I can say to myself, do you want to join this? Are you going to fight with him or are you going to roll with it? I already know the day I’m like, today’s a challenge for him. It’s good for me, not for him. I make a note of it. So when you know these things, you can actually heal relationships. You can fix marriages, right? I’ve had mothers who didn’t talk to their daughter for years, and once they knew the numbers, they got it back. Seeing each other. They’ve got a friendship. Respect as mother daughter. That’s what this is. Jim, healing your life by the numbers.
Jim:
I know we’re growing short on time. You’ve been very generous with your time. Two more things. The last thing I’ll ask is to recap how everybody can connect and get their books. But first I have this question and I want to be clear: I do not want to get political because I find that that closes people off. I mean, things have come up on the show with guests before, and I’ve a different points been called a left winger or a right winger. I’ve been called everything on both sides. I don’t get into politics, but I do worry about our country, the United States of America, and obviously the United States like anyone else or anything else has a birth date and so forth. I’m sure you’ve looked into this and if you look over the decades, there’s been ebbs and flows and there’s been crisis and better times. And our country’s had a tough time of it. Regardless of where you come down on the political spectrum, do you have any feeling for our country? Is our country, should we be looking forward to better times? Or is it going to be more of this same not good stuff coming up? What do you think?
Glynis McCants:
No. So I would tell you this. I am wide awake when it comes to our country. This is why I’ve actually been gifted. When it comes to, when it comes down to, let’s say you have a Republican, Democrat, they’re both running. They’ve got their VP picked, and then I run the numbers. I run the day of the election, I run the year that it’s happening, what cycles they’re in. And I’m able to say who I believe will win by the numbers. And I am excellent at that. Okay? That’s one of my gifts. However, what I do right now, right now, we’re in 2023, break it down, two plus zero plus two plus three, seven. I said before the year began, I said, this is the year that Mother Nature is going to show off in a way that you cannot ignore her.
Look what’s happened. My goodness, Jim, it’s been record breaking, all the craziness, the flooding, the rain in places where it normally doesn’t rain, right?
Jim:
Right.
Glynis McCants:
The heat waves, the fires. It’s been crazy. But I saw that before it happened. So I would tell you this. We are going through growing pains, right? 2023. Let’s say that the baby was born in the year 2000, right? Two. What is two by itself itself? We want peace. We want to work together because we’re more alike than we are different. We jump into these rabbit holes and don’t believe that, right? When we have an opinion politically, we live in a certain place. So we don’t meet up with the other side, do we?
Jim:
Correct.
Glynis McCants:
Correct. So what I’m telling you is that part’s going to get better. We’re going to realize it’s much bigger. Yeah. It’s not going to be just fighting for the sake of fighting. If you’re not on my side, you’re a bad person. But where we’re headed next, and there was one more thing. I did say the UFO stuff was going to show up much more this year of seven, but also AI and the concerns we need to have about AI. It’s not funny to me that a computer can take your voice and act like you said it. That’s dangerous, especially for this country. So the year of eights coming, meaning 24. Do you know that eight represents politics? So meaning it’s the year of politics. What does that tell me? We’re going to have some breakthroughs and we’ll get through this. This is something we needed to go through. This is a lesson that we are learning, but do I ultimately see us coming together? Do I ultimately see us finding our way? Yes, I do. Yes, I do.
Jim:
Good. That’s some really, really good news. I won’t say anything political other than we need that. The ability to respect each other and disagree, but not necessarily be disagreeable.
Glynis McCants:
Exactly. And we don’t need to fight over everything. And also just when I think about what’s happening like this smash and grab stuff that’s happening at the stores, that all cannot sustain itself. So we’re going to get back to repercussions for your actions if you’re really out of line, not the fake kind, right? Not trying to pretend you did something you didn’t, but very much. If you’re not of integrity, you pay a price for that. And if you’re a good person trying to make things better, you are rewarded for that. That’s where we’re going, but we’ve got some work to do.
Jim:
So Glynis, where can people get in touch? Where can they go? I know you mentioned it before, but I want to really underline it and tell us about the books and everything and how people can connect to this very interesting work.
Glynis McCants:
Yeah. Well, I’ll tell you, there’s one other thing I created, and it’s going to come out in November. Again, what it is, it’s a numerology calendar, and there’s nine of them just as there are nine life paths, right? You’re a five life path. So what it means is every day has energy. And that’s why some days you have a great time. It’s like this was wonderful. Other days you’re like, oh my gosh, this day can’t end fast enough. I set up a calendar where I put a symbol for each day to help you pick the best days. Like let’s say you have to get surgery. Well, now, there’s nothing more frightening than getting surgery. So I have beautiful stories, Jim. People write me and say, I had to get knee surgery. I picked the symbol you gave me, which is a positive symbol. The doctor said it would take six weeks to heal. It took two weeks. I always hear these wonderful stories about healing more quickly. That’s called the Glynis has your numbered numerology calendar. Those become available, the new ones in November. So I encourage them to check that out.
The books, what’s great about Glynis has your number, If you know nothing about numerology, promise you when you read it, start reading it, you’ll be able to run numbers and freak out your friends with the accuracy. It’s true. And then love by the numbers. There’s a reason I wrote it, first of all I wrote it because I met the love of my life. He was my inspiration. But I said to myself, there’s two types. You’re either single. So I say, how do you get love right from the start? How do you run a journey and make sure it’s worthwhile? I teach you that. Yeah. Well, I’m all about ’em. So the reason I do it, like I had one gal who was in stage four cancer that inspired me to create affirmations to heal your body. She’s in remission. It has been for six years. So this, if you ask me, Glynis, what excites you? It’s watching people go from, my life’s not working at all, I don’t even know if I can make it tomorrow, to I’m awake and happy and I’m optimistic for my future. Jim:
I do want to mention one thing, ask you one thing, and I’m sure you agree. Sure. Typically, when people talk about nonstandard modalities like unity numerology, I always say, I think it’s a great idea, plus your standard western medicine. I’m assuming you would agree with that.Go see your doctor, but also follow your doctor’s direction. But if there are other modalities that can help, go for it. And I always like to when this comes up.
Glynis McCants:
Yeah, no, I agree with you a hundred percent, but here’s what I would say. If you can get your mind in alignment with healing, that can only help you when you get surgery.
Jim:
Makes all the sense in the world.
Glynis McCants:
Right? I have a funny story, which I’ll tell you real quick. You can use it or not, but I love it. My eye, my left eye, just, it literally started to go blind. It went from 20/25 to 24/00.
Jim:
Oh my.
Glynis McCants:
And so the joke is, I was doing an affirmation where I said, if I do not see, I cannot judge, or something like that. If I don’t see it, I cannot judge, whatever I was doing. I thought, oh, that was not smart. So I turned it into, I see through eyes of love and look for the good in everyone. So the point is, this wonderful doctor, I went to see him, and yes, I did it by the numbers, Jim. I always make sure that person’s compatible. The two makes for a good doctor because this healing number. So anyway, I go to him, and it was so funny because we were wearing masks. This was in 2020, no pun intended, right? Eyes in 2020.
Jim:
Yeah.
Glynis McCants:
Eye trouble, right? But anyway, I go to him and I asked him, when’shis birthday? I go, he was born October 20th. I’m like, oh, good, good. He’s born on a, he’s like, why are you asking? I said, oh, I don’t tell people what I do because they automatically want a reading. So I said, oh, I’m just dealing in the science of numbers. And he goes, oh, my wife and I listen to this gal on radio. She’s the numbers lady. I’m like, oh, is she? He said, I’m not kidding. He goes, yeah, (indiscernible) radio. I go, okay, you might not be able to see me, but do you hear me? And he freaked. Oh my God, you’re the numbers lady. Oh,
Jim:
That’s funny.
Glynis McCants:
I’m like, yes. So then I said this. I go, you mess up my eye. I’ll tell George Noory, I’ll tell millions of people. Yeah, no pressure. So the point is, and the beautiful story, I was not put to sleep. I wouldn’t do that. I’ve just had the painkiller to do it. My vision went from 24/00. Now that how all happened in a span of a year was that fast, and it went to 20/25 the next day. He says he had never seen a patient, first of all, they always were put to sleep. I didn’t do that. He says, but I never saw an eye heal so quickly. Well, that was my mind, my state of mind and believing that it was so, yeah, it’s hand in hand. Like you just said. You may have to go to that doctor, but you want to get your mind in alignment to healing.
Jim:
Yeah, positive medicine plus positive thinking, I think will help you every time
Glynis McCants:
Tremendously.
