As many of you know, I am launching my next book on the Amazon Kindle platform.  Within the last 24 hours, I have decided to give users the opportunity to buy the book for a limited time at 99 cents!

The plan, as it stands now barring any issues, is that starting on Thursday, September 19th at 12 Noon (ET) True Ghost Stories: Campfire 2 will be available for .99 cents and will remain at that price through Sunday, September 22nd.  It is a full length book with 70 spooky stories culled from the Campfire program.  This is a really strong compilation and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.  After the 4 day sale, the price will be 2.99 or 3.99, I haven’t decided yet.

Some might ask why I am doing this, won’t I lose a lot of money?  Here are the reasons I am almost giving the book away for 3 1/2 days:

A. As a thank you to my long time listeners.  You have been good to me and I want to get this book into the hands of as many of you as possible.

B. If the vast majority of listeners grant the simple two favors I am going to ask, the book will hit the Amazon best seller list and could be a mega hit.

C. I think this will introduce the Campfire program to many people who would never have found it otherwise.

I could potentially lose thousands of dollars by doing this but I have faith in you, my loyal audience.  I have two simple requests from anyone who has gotten enjoyment from our free programs.

At .99, I don’t believe 1 purchase per listener is too much to ask considering the content that has been provided for the last eight years.  Almost everyone reading this will be able to afford it.  If you want to gift a copy, that would be great too, but please sign up for the email notification today and buy 1 copy when the book is released at .99 pricing.  If every listener buys 1 copy at .99 during the sale, momentum will build and this should be a mega hit.
